We’re building capacity in support of environmental justice in Uganda and creating a multi-state Community of Practice for equitable mobility. By expanding community capacity, we work towards community power-building, self-determination, and the ability of all communities to have ownership over the decisions that shape their lives.
Zoe Foundation facilitates communities through skills and training in various capacities. This includes technical support for the communities to build systems that could sustain life and daily life. We focus on communities–those hit first and worst by the impacts of climate change making decisions about how to best mitigate, prepare for, weather and adapt to the effects of climate change.
